Our company is run based on the below core values. We aim to consistently show these values in our daily work and regularly review them to ensure our staff are on the same page. All of these values are taught to our staff when onboarded and reviewed each month in a review session.

Support through simplification

We exist to help your business run efficiently and without distraction from growth. Part of this is ensuring everything is as clear and straightforward as possible – from the processes we use and the systems we create to the way we communicate with you.

Continually improving

We always seeking improved ways to solve business problems. We invest internally in developing our technical knowledge so that we can confidentially provide the best solutions for your business. As a company, our target is for each individual to be the best they can be at their job. Consistent education helps that process.

Help people if you can

We are grateful that much of our business has come through word-of-mouth recommendations from previous customers. However, we also get recommendations that originate from us helping others. Rest assured, if we can introduce you to someone to help solve a problem we will try our utmost to make it happen.

Giving back

True growth doesn’t come without reflection on where we have come from and the hard work that has gone into it. We keep our feet on the ground and help clients to do the same by investing time and resources into pro-bono OpenSource work for software development, we encourage people development, help local homeless charities, and opt for sustainable ways to store digital data, along with carbon off-setting through Ecologi. As part of our dedication to going green, all of our servers are run on renewable energy (and we can provide certificates if needed).

Donated staff resources on multiple occasions in aid of Mind by helping The Baseline Collective.

Donated 20 gift packs to the homeless over Christmas with help from additional donations by Manic Merchandise.

Pro-rata work completed for Ring20 charity.

Pro-rata work completed for Kepplewray charity.

Donated to the Lion's "Giving Tree" as part of our ongoing work with Aromabath.

Raised funds for Brain Tumor research as part of "Wear a hat day".

Reached 1,000 trees funded with Ecologi.

Reached 64.12 tonnes of CO2 avoided with Ecologi.

Donated our time to an anonymous business that was on its feet in order to help it regrow after some hard times.
